1836 Pool Studio Apartment

EXCELLENT LOCATION: CLOSE TO CRUISE PORT, AIRPORT, BEACH, DOWNTOWN! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The building has 4 units. (A 2/1 and two studios and an RV across from the studio front door) You are renting 1 in the very rear of the home. It's a studio with its own separate entrance. There is a large refrigerator and a washer and dryer. Detergent is not provided. The pool needs to be refinished but is cleaned professionally 1x a week. It is 12 feet deep. It is not listed as an amenity because I dont want to hear about the pool needs updated. Please do not review the yard and pool in your review as they are not listed as amenities. The pool is 12 feeet deep. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WATCH CHILDREN AND NON SWIMMERS. You are welcome to use it though. A fallen leaf does not make a pool dirty. Also iguanas and such may visit and leave deposits behind. This is nature. The yard is under construction so there may be some loose bricks or gravel. Use Caution. The rear unit is being gutted so there may be construction debris by the garbage area. Bulk trash is only once a month so it is bagged and stays there until they pick ut up. Some noise may be possible as there are shared walls with other units but it's generally very peaceful and quiet. The area is very wooded and its Florida so you may see Palmetto Bugs or Lizards or hear iguanas scratching. Welcome to Nature. 8 mins from the airport. 8 mins from the cruise port. Not glamorous but an AFFORDABLE and clean place to stay. I don't even charge a cleaning fee. If you expect the Hilton or ritz- this is not for you- dont book. If you walk in the door complaining you will be asked to leave and given your money back. If you stay you pay. No using all the amenities and doing your laundry and then talking about you are leaving and want your money back. (Must be the affordability that attracts these types of guests) Its clean and comfortable. If it's what you expected from this very real description-give it 5 stars.
